Project:
For this project, I was tasked to find to think of an event that we would attend and create an event poster that went would be used to promote the event. We then would design a poster that contained information about the event; date, location, time, admission information, and a short blurb about the event so people would know what the event was about.
Concept:
This concept, Japanese summer festival is always big in Japan. Creating a design that reflected different aesthetics and different events, places, and what makes Japan so special. The photomontage is a blend of photos from Adobe Stock while adding photography elements that I took to create a poster that is eye catching and reflects the Japanese culture.
