Project:

For this project, I was tasked to find an existing magazine that had a poor design system. After picking the publication we were tasked to look into different layouts, grid systems, typefaces, and new images that we wanted to design the new publication.

Concept:

This concept with online inspiration, thinking about what pet owners enjoyed reading and getting information about their dogs. I found the “Inside Your Dog’s Mind” magazine and went got my information from two different publications. Wanting to keep the original aesthetics with the cover but changing the title to be for playful and fun. As for the layout the concept behind that was wanting the hero image to be the star and the information to compliment the hero images that I found on adobe stock.
